A long wait of 21 years brought home, the crown of glory!

When Harnaaz Sandhu's bold and firm tone uttered these words on the stage of Miss Universe 2021, not only Steve Harvey and the judges, but also the huge crowd gathered there showered appraisals. Back in India, Anand Mahindra hailed this confident lady who brought the crown back to India after 21 years. 

 

21 years - an absolutely long wait. Not once after Lara Dutta adorned herself and the nation with the proud crown in 2000, that we could feel the magnanimity of its magic gain, until Harnaaz gifted its glory to India in 2021. The 70th Miss Universe competition held in Israel crowned the lady who 'believed in herself'. Rest everything aside, look at how this lady of strength kicked off what all she had to endure in the past to shine on the world stage! This “strong advocate for women's empowerment, particularly their constitutional rights to education, careers and freedom of choice", advises every one, especially the present-day youth to speak and stand up for themselves. "Come out, speak for yourself, because you are the leader of your life. You are the voice of your own."
